Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents - Maintain and update records and databases - Assist with data entry and transcribing information - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide general administrative support to the office Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a clerical role preferred - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of professionalism and confidentiality Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
