The Heights of Alamo LVN Charge NurseMust have a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
Provide quality nursing care to residents in order to maintain or attain the highest practical level of functioning.
Coordinate total nursing care for the residents as per nursing licensure.
Supervise that certified nursing assistants, certified medication aides adhere to standard job requirements and follow Touchstone-Communities policies/procedures/programs, state regulations and federal regulations.
Follow resident specific plans of care to promote accurate documentation for reimbursement purposes.
