Job Responsibilities - Open new accounts, review documents for accuracy and legal compliance - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with account transactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and cash management systems, reconciling cash drawers - Detect and prevent fraud by closely monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activities - Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and targets - Other duties and responsibilities may include recording transactions, promote bank products and services Job Skills - Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial services - Excellent math skills for accurate calculations and financial analysis - Exceptional relationship management skills to build trust with customers - Proficiency in using cash registers and cash management systems - Ability to detect and prevent fraud through vigilant monitoring - Experience in cash handling with attention to detail - Sales experience for promoting of bank products and services If you are looking for an opportunity to utilize your skills in a dynamic banking environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Universal banker.
