Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent presentation and attention to detail Spanish language proficiency is desired but not required
